Lucile, also known as the Bitter Chill, is one of the three daughters of Lady Aurora and the youngest. She is a bird with a cold heart, looking down on others and even holding some contempt for her own mother. She aims to outdo her and take her position as Ruler of the Skies, though Hestis always keeps her in check. She dwells in the coldest climates on the planet, only leaving when she is given important tasks. In these freezing temperatures, she plots while grooming her feathers to ensure she always looks her best.
Story
Present Day
The Articuno remains scheming, living in icy caverns and hunting every now and then, searching for those who have fallen to the inclement weather she causes around her home. She is only ever visited by her sisters, and even a couple humans have managed to locate her, though they only served as her lunch. As much as she cares about her outward appearance, she has no worshipers and does not desire to have any.
Personality
"Bitter Chill" is an appropriate moniker for the icy bird. She cares little about anyone, having no true passion outside of her vanity. Believing herself to represent beauty beyond measure, she looks down on everyone she meets, including her family. She seeks to cover the world in the cold, deadness that she knows her world to be, horrible violent blizzards following her wherever she goes. The little respect that she has goes out to her mother, who she hopes to surpass and whose sacred flames she yearns to devour and encase in impenetrable ice.
She sees her sister Hestis as "too active" and "resolute" for her own good, seeing through her guise and judging her as a pale shadow cast by her mother. Lucile also holds contempt for her Zapdos sister Fulga, seeing her as unkempt and reaching a level of derangement and madness that Lucile herself fears she might descend into.
Forte/Skills
Lucile has much to boast about when it comes to her icy abilities. The sheer cold of her attacks have temperatures low enough to almost instantly cover her victims in ice. Lucile can summon a blizzard in a whim, which hampers her opponents movements and vision greatly. Only those who train in freezing climates can hope to stand a chance before the Articuno swiftly swallows them up. She carries many ranged options, able to release plumes of chilling vapor from her gullet which can cover a wide surface area. She also depends quite a bit on her ice beam attack, which freezes anything it comes into contact with.
When she has to get more physical, which she does not prefer, she uses her sharp nails and beak to mercilessly tear into her opponent.
