The Pokeverse is situated in the known Pokemon world, but with slightly different changes to normal lore. It takes place in an unknown region. Just like in the original world, Pokemon co-exist with humans, though humans are rarely the subject of events focused on. Some Pokemon are portrayed with anthropomorphic bodies in more fetish-related works, but in the canonical story—Kinetic Spirits—Pokemon retain their original, feral forms.
This universe focuses on the stories of many different characters and their conflicts with opposing forces, others close to them, and sometimes themselves.
