Remus is a heron known for being very helpful in the avian community because of his willingness to watch over their children. By doing this, the adult birds are able to further build their homes and spend time relaxing and socializing. Because of this, Remus is very much respected.

Story

Present Day

Remus is highly against the conflicts that are occurring in the Megawild between predator and prey species. He wishes for peace and tries to help others as much as he can to show his belief that kindness and hospitality are the ways all animals must follow. He tries to converse with animals at Lavish Lake, a widely agreed upon neutral zone, to sway them to a more peaceful mindset.

These days, the heron is also obsessed with talking down his niece, Lyla to try to move her away from the vengeful life she leads.

Personality

Remus is a wise and considerate bird, trying his best not to succumb to temptations in an effort to maintain his name and serve as a good example. He has many lessons and skills to teach to younger birds and spends most of his time taking care of them, as this is his passion.

In addition to that, Remus is quite well-mannered and tries to instill etiquette to others who aren't quite on the level he is. He has considered Lyla to be his toughest subject. Even in her adulthood, Remus still pursues her, trying to urge her to change her gluttonous ways. Lyla describes Remus as "intrusive, nosy, and really really obnoxious." It is true that Remus tends to pressure others a lot until they take up his ideals, but his intentions remain good.

Forte/Skills

Remus, as a heron would be, is great at fishing and spends most of his off time at his favorite pond, eating trout. Aside from catching fish, Remus is also a great conversationalist, his soothing voice helping out greatly with that. Seeing as he gets out a lot and interacts with all sorts of families, Remus has plenty of stories to tell.

Although Remus tries not to indulge too much in food, his capacity is shockingly large. His throat is especially elastic, the heron able to swallow something twice his size.

Another skill Remus has, simply put, is his discipline and patience. The heron has had to deal with many rambunctious and noisy children, and this has improved his skills in composure and humility. He holds these values near and dear to his heart and hopes he can train others to do the same.
