Skyler is the leader of the Risers, a gang of criminals who hide in and under Dresden, carrying out their operations with the end goal of dismantling the Dracha hierarchy. Skyler has the ulterior motive of bringing Earth Dracha back up to the status of the other Dracha, and wants them to be able to achieve their Draconic forms once more and reign supreme. Skyler uses everything at his disposal to carry out his plans, and he will swallow up any underperformer without a second thought.
Story
Present Day
Skyler Riser continues to lead his growing gang, carrying out all manners of illegal activity and expanding his network of tunnels to further his operations.
Personality
Skyler is a difficult Dracha to read. His enthusiasm is high and he almost always has a toothy smile on his face, but at no point can anyone predict what he is thinking. People who have worked with him can at least confirm that he is consistently unhinged, exhibiting psychopathic tendencies and caring little about another's suffering. He is dead-focused on his goals regardless, and he can perform with frightening precision when he puts his mind to it.
Although most of the people in Skyler's ranks are Anthros, he mainly cares about his own kind, seeing the Anthros as more of a means to an end--tools to be used in his journey to take the Earth Drachas' former glory back. He won't hesitate to eat anyone who spills vital information, lags behind and slows him down, or even simply gets on his nerves.
Forte/Skills
Skyler uses the numerous powers of Earth Dracha, but with much higher skill than his peers. He can manipulate the earth around him with Terrakinesis, also able to move general earthen substances, like ores or other minerals. He can also harden his own skin, granting him protection against objects moving at high velocity, including bullets. Lastly, he can detach some of his longer scales to use as throwing shivs, which he can throw with great precision.
This is all on top of the general strength that he carries, the Earth Dracha quite fit despite his imposing potbelly.
