Umiko is the personal servant and handmaiden to Queen. In her school days, she found herself in the same class as Puru, and the two grew to be good friends, Umiko finding the Azumarill a joy to be around because of his sense of humor. Umiko managed to fly up the ranks, becoming Queen's servant after proving her great work ethic and intellect.
While she is happy to have climbed up so fast, sadness lingers in her because of Puru's departing from the kingdom, and hopes she can see him again one day.
Story
Present Day
Umiko currently serves as Queen's handmaiden, assisting the Primarina in whatever she needs, even if that includes some strange activities. Her duties don't stop at being a handmaiden--Umiko has taken it upon herself to get involved in other tasks around Tidehold. She helps organize the monthly banquets, cooks for the soldiers, and tends to those who are injured.
Umiko finds herself to be very busy each day, but her efforts don't go unnoticed, the Buizel having been given many awards and decorations for her incredible work.
Personality
The Buizel could be one of the most pleasant creatures one would ever meet. Very polite and considerate of others, Umiko is a very well-mannered Pokemon who does what she can to help others in a variety of ways.
Even if the situation was out of her league, she would take it upon herself to fetch someone else more qualified so that the task can get done in the best way possible. Umiko is certainly one of the most well-liked Pokemon in Tidehold, let alone the seascape.
Forte/Skills
Even if she is a very kind creature, Umiko has a set of strong skills under her belt. She was personally trained by Queen and Alexeev, utilizing her abilities to give her a very unique edge in battle. Umiko has the know-how to craft weapons out of water. With hydrokinetic training she got from Queen, she can create water knives and bombs.
The Buizel might have a very disarmingly cute look to her, but don't try to threaten her, lest you wish to receive a kind of beating that only a water type can deliver!
