The sleazy fox bard Rasha Fainweaver works with Elaine in her tavern, providing music and good spirits to the establishment. When he isn't working, he travels around often, sharing his prose and musical accomplishments with those he comes across. He is typically found in Bluerose (where Elaine's tavern is located), the neighboring village of Vegholt, and other towns down the winding path. Rasha's whimsy more often than not is accompanied by a shady demeanor. It is speculated that he is a part of a mysterious, secret cult thanks to the very unusual magical abilities tied to his instruments.

His instruments are adorned with gold as well as his fingernails, the material serving as an excellent catalyst to transfer magical energy.

Story

Present Day

Rasha continues to play music in Elaine's tavern and travel about the Province. While people gossip and spread rumors about his true allegiance, no one can pinpoint his goals nor any actual ties to a cult.

Personality

Rasha carries a smooth and almost sultry countenance, a confident presence following it. He puts on a face of intrigue and openness when he is met by another person. Outside of prying eyes, he appears as a scheming rogue, scanning his surroundings for anything that catches his interest. He carries a high disdain for nobles and other overly wealthy and careless individuals, though he respects the concept of a lawful civilization as well as tight organization, something that could lead someone to believing him a part of an institution of some sort.

The fox bard is willing to play his music to anyone, but his tunes come with an inherent magical aura with various effects. More often than not, he will manipulate someone's mind with his performances to get what he wants, whether it's a belly-bloating meal or a fattened coin purse.

Forte/Skills

Each of Rasha's instruments come with different magical abilities, active when they are being played. One of his most notable skills is being able to summon a phantom version of an instrument, conducting a duo performance that enhances their overall utility and power. One of his more favored magical abilities is one that scrambles the mind of others, swaying them to act out his every whim for a time.

Rasha's flute can cause weakness to his victim, both in mind and body. His lute can heal and soothe the flesh and soul. His lyre twists the judgement of his targets, allowing him to almost possess them. Lastly, he uses his stomach as a booming drum. Outside of it, his drum can cause minor damage and confusion to his enemies, and inside, the rhythmic beats help to churn and invigorate his stomach muscles, melting down his prey at a much faster rate.
